we've just launched a new addition to the product line called the Miller. The Miller is a bamboo cutting board that cleverly incorporates a flush mounted serving/preparation bowl that can be switched when it's full (our set comes with three stainless steel bowls) It works kick assed when preparing stir-frys and other recipes with multiple ingredients to "prep". The board also doubles as a cool serving tray with sunken "dip" holder!
